These terms govern your use of the iOS app "One Screen" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided as a launcher for opening apps from a Home Screen widget. You may not use it for unlawful purposes.

2. In-app purchases

Additional functionality (unlimited apps and sets, medium and large widgets, 20 backgrounds and your own photos) is offered as a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple's App Store. Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's terms. There is no subscription.

3. Your data

Your data is stored only on your device; it is not backed up or synced to any server. The developer is not liable for data loss caused by resetting or replacing your device, deleting the App, device failure, or similar events.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the App and related works belong to the developer. Rights to any photo you set as a background remain yours. App icons and names shown in widgets belong to their respective providers; the App simply displays information published on the App Store.

6. Changes

Changes to these terms will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
